Inventory

Using the latest technology we provide professional reports detailing the condition and contents of your property
Any defects are highlighted in the report with detailed descriptions and photographs
Property keys will be collected from you and returned the same day and reports will be uploaded and emailed to you within normally 24 hours of our visit

Inspections

Routine inspections are alomost as important as having an inventory report , they highlight any issues that may not have been reported to the landlord or agents involved. 
We recommend having an inspection done every 3 months
If no one will be in the property we will collect keys and return them the same day 
Your 3 monthly report will be delivered to you within normally 24 hours of our visit

Check In

A check in report will be completed on the day a tenant moves into the property
If applicable we will collect keys from agent or landlord and meet the tenant at the property
At this point we do a handover with the tenants noting any defects , doing an inventory if applicable and then ask the tenants to sign our official handover documents
The report will be emailed to the landlord or agent as soon as we have logged it on our system

Check Out

A check out report will be compiled at the end of the tenancy 
We will attend the property with the tenant(s) and go over their initial inventory
Additional damage will be noted , although fair wear and tear will be looked at in this situation
We will then compile a final tenant(s) report which will include photographs , meter reading and any other matters that need to be reported , it will be a comprehensive report and it will be emailed as soon as possible to the landlord or agent
Any keys will be returned immediately
